Summary

Our Los Angeles office is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Department to develop and execute strategic initiatives to deliver brand and marketing content across a diverse mix of communication channels. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a bright and driven Coordinator to join and support an experienced team of marketing professionals at one of the nation’s leading financial institutions.
Responsibilities
* Assist in production of marketing materials and literature * Maintain archive and inventory of marketing materials including folders, production supplies, photo brochures, and reprints * Track marketing material orders (Wedbush Store) and allocate costs to appropriate departments; Organize and maintain marketing closet supply * Update marketing department's documentation and databases * Answer inquiries directed to Marketing Dept. through phone or email correspondence * Post and manage social media content as directed by Digital Marketing Manager; Research articles for Social Media Content Library * Create a schedule for posting relevant articles on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram * Support Marketing Team in execution of individual projects and assignments * Assist the Event Director in researching vendors, compiling event ideas, following up with vendors, printing, badge-making, program book assembly, on-site support, and other duties as needed * Assist Senior Vice President in daily administrative tasks
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications or related subject required * 2+ years related experience in a corporate marketing environment * Experience in coordinating and executing marketing projects, brand exposure, advertising, collateral development, direct marketing, content management and inventory * High computer literacy and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required * Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop highly preferred * Professional presentation skills, demeanor and ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels * Detail-oriented with the ability to stay task-focused and work independently
