Mortgage Lead Tracker

The Mortgage Lead Tracker will oversee all the leads, schedule, and database for the Loan Officer (LO). The Mortgage Lead Tracker will be in direct communication with Clients, Realtors, Builders, and Business Partners. This position requires immense organization, time management, precise communication, and data entry skills.

* Call all leads back, add to Lead Tracker and Encompass, and update referral source * Maintain face-to-face conversion rate on Loan Officer * Give leads/borrowers a verbal list of what to bring and directions to the office * Manage LO’s schedule, emails, and take incoming calls * Set and confirm LO’s appointments and schedule weekly meetings * Keep LO on track with calls and schedule * Review/Maintain all prospecting lists weekly and market database monthly * Update and maintain a concise and organized database for LO * Manage LO’s Birthday and Referral Gift Program * Send out/mail correspondence for LO

* 1-2 years' mortgage experience preferred * Sustain a high level of professionalism in speech and email etiquette * Punctual * Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Able to multi-task * Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision * Attention to detail and accuracy are required
