Responsibilities
* Establishes regular communication channels with internal groups (Credit, Operations, R&D, etc.) to maintain highest level of customer engagement. Coordinates forecast accuracy with BDM and/or regional managers. Prepares and recommends customer contracts and special pricing arrangements. * Performs financial analysis, ad hoc reporting and modeling, produce and develop analytical tools which monitor and measure vs. business objectives. * Recommends and coordinates preparation of samples and sales materials from customers and agents to ensure appropriate materials are prepared and provided; analyzes and requests additional information from requestor, makes suggestions for improvement, approves and arranges shipment; follows up to ensure accuracy and applicability * Responsible for internal facilitation of customer orders, including but not limited to: * Interaction with Credit, Customer Service, Accounts Payable, Production and related internal departments to ensure optimum flow of information for international and domestic customers; resolution of payment issues with accounts. * Receives researches and responds to customer questions, complaints, questionnaires, requests for scientific information, etc. Establishes and maintains database of activity on key accounts within assigned region, coordinates efforts with peers in other regions. * Works with ITG Marketing, customers, internal and external parties to customize or tailor presentations.
Ideal Candidate
* BS/BA in Business or related field with experience in sales/customer service in a business to business environment * 2-4 years of relevant experience * Proven/demonstrated competencies: Influencing skills * Organizational skills Project management * Written and Verbal communication General interest in sales function
