Summary
The Coordinator is responsible for daily support of the Retail HR Business Partners.
Responsibilities
- **Employee Relations:** Help maintain Retail HR documentation including employee files, unemployment claims, exit interviews and new hire paperwork. Follow-up to ensure continued closure on on-going ER issues. Streamline Retail HR policies and procedures and create tools to create consistency across the Field. Help investigate, respond and find solutions to all associate complaints in a timely manner. - Assist with the communication of and adherence to labor laws. Manage replenishment of Field Guide Handbooks for Retail field. PCR management and facilitation. - **Retail New Store Openings:** Assist Regional Field Trainers with coordination of New Store Opening Training. Organize, ship/receive training materials for each New Store Opening. Follow up with field leadership on access to HR systems. Enter job reqs into Success Factors for new stores. - **System Administration:** Update and maintain HR and Training SharePoint for all Retail divisions. NetClaims, SAP, Kronos, Law Room , Hire Right, Success Factors - Provide support and follow up for corporate goal setting system. Respond and/or filter Retail HR inbox, assist with communications to the field, etc. - **Project Management:** Own 2-5 HR Business Goals as assigned and assist in HR project work - Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
- Unquestionable business and personal integrity, including the ability to appropriately handle confidential information. - Ability to navigate and establish priorities in an often ambiguous environment. - Exceptional organizational, planning and time management skills. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong service orientation and self-confidence. - Bachelors Degree in related discipline preferred. - Experience within a retail environment strongly preferred. - Light travel may be required.
