Summary
NinthDecimal is currently seeking a technical and strategic Account Manager to join our Programmatic team in New York. This role will primarily be responsible for supporting our programmatic offering to Agency Trading Desks, DSP, DMP and brand advertisers. This person will be responsible for the technical ownership of the relationships and monitor day-to-day operations, acting as a point of contact for the client and a liaison internally to ensure a smooth process and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has some Ad Ops experience and is familiar with the ad tech ecosystem, including DMP’s, DSP’s, ad servers, mobile platforms and exchanges. You are comfortable with digital technology and understand the basics of how programmatic campaigns are executed, targeted and optimized. You are very detail oriented, organized, able to juggle several projects simultaneously, and always looking for ways to streamline processes and reduce errors. You take great pride in the ownership of your accounts and have a commitment to outstanding customer service. You are always looking for ways to streamline and improve processes and are okay with working for a lean start-up and wearing multiple hats. You are an effective internal operator and excel at working cross functionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end process with Sales, Product, Ad Ops, Engineering for data segments built and sent to DSPs - Act as central point of contact for Sales Reps and Ad Ops supporting Programmatic team - Assist with pre-sales presentation slides for Sales Reps around Programmatic ideas and solutions - Organize data on past campaigns sold (by price, vertical, data segment type) to help Partner Revenue team organize and manage the overall Programmatic business with trends and forecasts - Organize data to help use for pre-sales and post-sales solutions for sales reps - Own the technical relationship with and provide excellent customer service to platform partners - Monitor day-to-day data operations to ensure security, stability, integrity and efficiency of data and systems - Act as NinthDecimal’s Subject Matter Expert for Programmatic - Contribute to improvement of processes and workflows to ensure excellent execution and communication with the key team stakeholders – both internal and external?
Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years of online data and/or mobile advertising experience - Ad Operations experience highly preferred - Solid knowledge of programmatic ecosystem and the value of data and measurement - Experience with 3rd party data and platforms including DMP’s, DSP’s, exchanges, Ad Servers, Data Exchanges, etc. - Highly analytical and great problem solving skills - Ability to pre-empt issues and be proactive in producing solutions - Capable to work under pressure and with short deadlines - Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships - Outstanding people skills. Strong in-person, written and oral communication skills - Strong organizational and analytic skills - Self-motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others - Service-oriented, comfortable working with and managing external partner relationships - Very detail-oriented, organized and able to juggle many tasks and projects - Proficient with Excel, Power Point - BS/BA degree a plus
