We are a growing company and have a lot of numbers to crunch! In order to meet the demand, we need to hire a Senior Accountant to add to our powerhouse team! This is a great opportunity for you to consider If you have had a variety of general accounting experiences (previous work in a technology desirable, but not necessary) and want to be exposed to new areas like international accounting, revenue accounting, reporting, and new system implementation. In this role you will get to be a key player and work closely with senior finance leadership, working in a mature startup with awesome people. * General Accounting for the Americas to include preparation and recording of assets, revenue, and expense journal entries * Bank reconciliations, including preparing journal entries for non-routine bank transactions * Own Americas’ expense accruals and prepaid expenses, working with the International AP team * Maintain FA records and balance subsidiary and inter-company accounts * Prepare variance analyses for actual consolidated expenses and balance sheet reconciliations * Assist in global accounting tasks such as reviewing sales transactions and journal entries to support monthly close * Assist in reviewing of America’s and International bookings and reconciliations * Prepare monthly bookings journal entries * Maintain deferred revenue schedules and quarterly VSOE analysis

* Experienced Accountant with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance and maybe even a CPA * Skilled in working with ERP and CRM systems as well as Excel that will blow our socks off * Hold accountability for the work you do and are flexible with helping out where needed but also know how/when to escalate an issue * Analytical, detail-oriented, and love to get in the weeds of accounting tasks * Highly organized and un-phased by the ever-changing priorities of a fast moving business.
