The Senior HRIS Analyst is central to building a world class infrastructure to manage our growing global workforce. In this role, you will drive Workday optimization as well as lead ongoing integration projects with internal and external partners leveraging MuleSoft’s suite of products.
30 days:
- Clean up and transfer report ownership to the correct users; train team members on how to maintain reports and delivery requirements
- Complete Compensation and Time Tracking configuration with external partner team
60 days:
- Review current Workday business processes and systems integrations; design an optimization plan with IT and other key stakeholders
- Kick off Talent and Performance configuration with external partner team
90 days:
- Begin designing and configuring dashboards for better, faster self service, particularly for managers
- Create 2018 Workday Roadmap
- 3+ years experience with Workday, including Payroll, Payroll Interface, HCM Core, Basic & Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and Talent and Performance
- A strong recognition of opportunities for automation and ability to project plan
- Robust knowledge of business processes and report writing, including security changes, step configuration, advanced and matrix reports, and dashboard configuration
- Experience leading projects by gathering requirements, architecting system configuration, running tests, and implementation
- Familiarity with EIB loads, including One-Time Payment, Change Job, and Request Compensation Change
- An ability to flex and shift quickly as business needs change, sometimes at the speed of light
