Senior Digital Account Specialist

(New York, New York)Mode Media is a leading vertical social media company with the largest online global reach in lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Digital Account Specialist supporting Mode Media’s New York office.
- Work with national operational managers to roll out initiatives, manage deliverables, and provide local feedback and requirements.
- Responsible for managing top accounts which includes assisting with planning, developing, presenting and executing online media campaigns with budgets $200K+
- Develop detailed and organized sales presentations and media plans based on clients' marketing goals
- Fulfill Request for Proposals (RFP), process insertion orders, and secure creative materials in a timely manner.
- Evaluate media proposals for potential clients by researching relevant demographic data and consumer profiles to identify unique and compelling placements to reach audiences desired by clients.
- Interface with both internal and external key stake holders including agencies, creative services, ad trafficking teams, marketing, research, and product teams in order to ensure overall campaign success
- Provide necessary support in the execution, trafficking, managing, and optimization of online media campaigns
- Provide delivery reports with extremely detailed results, campaign conclusions and suggested optimizations for future opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years digital sales planning or advertising agency buying/planning Proficiency in Internet research tools (comScore and Quantcast), planning tools and metrics
- Well-versed in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office programs
- Bachelor's Degree
DESIRED SKILLS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising,
- Marketing, or related program
- Self-starter and independent worker with drive (proven skill, not stated).
- Superb communication skills. Candidate will work with clients and several internal teams, both international and local.
- Comfortable delegating tasks when necessary.
- Quick learner and self-starter, able to work independently while still being a team player.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help sales team will any/all daily tasks.
- Flexibility is crucial to the role.
- Ability to build confidence with clients, candidate can maintain a level of professionalism on a day-to-day basis through client communication, while also building strong social relationships with all clientele.
- Must be able to double-check own and other’s work to ensure level of customer service to clients is high.
- Essential to be highly organized and efficient. Multi-tasking is crucial to success when working with a large sales team on top-tier digital accounts
- Experience with content and influencer marketing preferred, though not needed.
- Strong mathematical skills.
