Responsibilities
- A Social Media Enablement Supervisor is a problem solver and a solutions-oriented engineer charged with developing strategic insights from structured and unstructured quantitative and qualitative data. - The ideal candidate should have familiarity in interacting with raw data and disparate conversations, and translating findings into the language of brand management and content marketing for clients and project teams. - This position sits within the Social Enablement team, whose mission is to leverage Social Media data and technologies to enable the evolution of efficiencies and quality of all agency outputs. Core Responsibilities Require: - Knowledge and experience with Social Media monitoring and analytics platforms - Developing campaign measurement plans - Strong mathematics, research, time management and reporting skills - Establishing ways to enhance efficiencies of reports and data products - Ability to bring forward strategic POVs that are grounded in data and research - In-depth knowledge of Social Media paid amplification and optimization of content - Internal Leadership Opportunities - Mentor and manage junior resources for growth and greater success in client teams, as well as across practice and departments - Present thought-leadership to clients and peers within related landscapes to further personal and professional growth - Lead client-specific and practice-specific educational sessions - Mentor junior team members in cross-training efforts - Advocate for data-driven marketing services and best practices within internal peer meetings and new business discussions - Simultaneously, this role will support the vision of MXM and its partner brands by contributing to new business and data product development, practice-wide education and support personal professional growth, as well as the growth of team members. - Successful Enablement Supervisors at MXM are innately curious and possess a hunger to build new solutions. Essential Job Functions - 50% Social Media Content Management and Reporting - 20% Ad hoc projects, participating in creative brainstorms, and business development initiatives - 20% Vendor management and developing new Enablement team offerings - 10% Client presentations and education opportunities
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements - All must be met to be considered. Education: - Bachelors in Marketing, Research, Applied - Mathematics or related fields Experience: - 2-5 Years in Social Media Marketing, content marketing, or digital campaign measurement - Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required: - Social Media listening and monitoring technologies, basic mathematics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred: - Experience in behavior change or public health campaigns - Holistic understanding of the Social Media landscape - Basic database management and familiarity with API integrations - % Travel Required (Approximate): up to 10%
