Senior Designer

- Set direction and lead ideation of on-brand, forward-thinking creative solutions across all digital media (online, mobile, social) to meet business objectives Own projects from concept definition to delivery and launch - Work closely with a Creative Director and Design Director - Collaborate, collaborate, collaborate—with strategists, interaction designers, and others - Recognize great ideas and push them forward, no matter where they come from - Mentor teams and direct reports - Contribute to the new business development process—from ideation to pitch presentation

- 5+ years of creative experience designing for interactive projects, from web sites and online advertising to social media and mobile - A portfolio demonstrating problem solving paired with beautiful, usable interface designs - A degree in a related field such as graphic design or visual communication - Experience working in a client services design agency for fortune 500 clients - A strong understanding of web design best practices, usability heuristics, and the technical capabilities and limitations of the web - Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, client services-driven environment - Advanced knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop for creating design comps - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills - HTML, CSS, or Flash experience - Ability to inspire, mentor, motivate co-workers, colleagues, and others, and generally be a team player
