As a Defined Benefits (DB) Team Leader in the Client Services department, you’ll lead a team of analysts and provide critical mentorship and project supervision to ensure deadlines and service expectations are met. You will support your team’s success by applying your client understanding, plan knowledge, and communication skills to problem solve, set priorities, and achieve established goals. As a front-line manager, you will be responsible for your team members’ individual development, training, and growth.

- Provide direct management for a team of analysts, including mentorship, and career development.
- Ensure fulfillment of Service Level Agreements according to client contracts.
- Conduct high-level planning with clients and foster positive client relationships.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual projects, as well as special requests from clients.
- Work successfully with other teams and individuals throughout the company to resolve issues and achieve results.
- 3 – 5 years defined benefit related work experience.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data, including strong Excel knowledge.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Client interaction experience.
- People management experience preferred a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of SQL preferred.
