* Develop, implement, and monitor corporate marketing communication strategies, programs, and materials which support MedAire’s corporate objectives including sales efforts in all target market segments.
* Work cross-functionally with senior management and global strategy team to create internal and external messages and value propositions.
* Develop Global Marketing strategies supporting the global invoiced sales targets for the BGA, Commercial Aviation and Yachting markets. Strategies should be developed in coordination with regional GMs, Sales Leaders, Strategic Development and other Subject Matter Experts.
* Lead MedAire's digital marketing agenda, including email marketing strategy and execution, online brand presence, including website content, strategy and social media activities.
* Serve as company’s media representative, working directly with media and company spokespeople to achieve positive mention in trade and consumer press; use media to proactively promote new products, appointments and company news.
* Manage MedAire brand and visual identity, including corporate templates, letterhead, and brand guidelines.
* Develop, design and produce sales and lead generation tools such as presentations, advertisements, newsletters, brochures, videos, webinars and client events.
* Work cross-functionally on international product development teams to develop go-to-market communication strategies in alignment with revenue goals and strategies.
* Develop and implement processes to improve communication and share best practices amongst regions.
* Own the crisis communication process and execution including crisis management, product and drug recalls, etc.
* Manage communication and marketing integration of company acquisitions, including brand strategy, customer and prospect notification, and media announcements.
* Help MedAire demonstrate its medical, security and operational thought leadership in the aviation and maritime fields through international speaking events, industry associations and tradeshows.
* Support channel marketing initiatives by developing and executing co-branded marketing programs in coordination with Channel Partners.
* Support global OEM strategies with marketing programs and joint marketing strategies.
* Participate in the client advisory council and other focus groups to conduct market research in specific markets, products, messaging and client positioning as needed.
* Align MedAire’s messaging with parent company, International SOS; in conjunction with International SOS’ corporate marketing teams and regional marketing teams.
* Produce internal communications to ensure employees are well-informed via monthly newsletters, weekly intranet updates and company meetings.
* Facilitate sharing of competitive intelligence to appropriate team members.
* Develop new creative in support of Trade Shows and events.
* Develop and coordinate client testimonials, case studies and articles in support of MedAire’s corporate marketing communication objectives.
* Facilitate internal communications to ensure consistency and timeliness of message.
* Develop and manages corporate marketing budget in coordination with VP Sales and Marketing.
* Identify and manage third party providers.
* Other duties as assigned.
