- Managing multiple calendars and scheduling
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Preparing expense reports
- Processing and tracking invoices
- Document management (both electronic and physical copies)
- Meeting scheduling and planning
- Provides editing and proofreading services
- Other duties as assigned
- Associates degree required
- 3-5 years administrative experience required or a combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Innovation and problem solving skills are necessary
Additional Notes on Compensation
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 /Year
