Responsibilities
* Managing multiple calendars and scheduling * Coordinating travel arrangements * Preparing expense reports * Processing and tracking invoices * Document management (both electronic and physical copies) * Meeting scheduling and planning * Provides editing and proofreading services * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* Associates degree required * 3-5 years administrative experience required or a combination of education and experience * Bachelor’s degree preferred * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Innovation and problem solving skills are necessary
Compensation and Working Conditions
