Responsibilities
  • Managing multiple calendars and scheduling
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Preparing expense reports
  • Processing and tracking invoices
  • Document management (both electronic and physical copies)
  • Meeting scheduling and planning
  • Provides editing and proofreading services
  • Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
  • Associates degree required
  • 3-5 years administrative experience required or a combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Innovation and problem solving skills are necessary
Compensation and Working Conditions

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 /Year
