Summary
Implementation Services (an Operations Department) focuses on supporting customers in implementing and on-boarding to MarkitSERV products and services; this includes the project management, business and technical implementation and delivery of all activities that lead to successful implementation. The Buyside Onboarding team is responsible for supporting MarkitSERV’s buyside customers with the adoption of our services. The team work closely with other departments, such as Product, to prepare for new functional releases and subsequent implementation to clients.
Responsibilities
* Become a SME on buyside business practices, Markit Trade Manager as a solution and the delivery of the onboarding options/process. * Become an SME on all types of implementation; rates, credit, clearing and EAD. * Liaise with the Operations Change Management team to understand new releases and functionality, assessing impact and process requirements, defining and implementing procedural changes for the onboarding process * Liaise with the Production support teams to ensure that the team is performing adequate handover of new onboardings. * Liaise with Sales, Product and Account Management to understand the client adoption forecast and manage capacity and prioritization. * Coordinate user acceptance testing. * Drive continual improvement of the onboarding processes and strive for a world class client experience * Act as an escalation and relationship point for customers and internal counterparties
Ideal Candidate
