Summary
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our IT team as a Senior Business Analyst. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams to plan and design technology solutions for the Enterprise.
Responsibilities
* Influence and analyze enterprise business priorities to be solved with technology. Identify impacts, risks, and alternative solutions for business and IT stakeholders. * Evaluate and advise functional / non-functional requirements in partnership with technical architects to design solutions that meet business needs and are stable, scalable, and secure * Owns end to end functional solution across all impacted business teams and technologies in scope of the project * Ability to become a process and subject matter expert * Ability to self-manage multiple projects within tight timeframes and dynamic priorities * Demonstrates ability to effectively work both independently and within cross functional project teams
Ideal Candidate
* BS in Information Systems or equivalent with a minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, and / or Functional Architect * Possess a strong attention to detail; superior follow-up skills and be result oriented with effective oral / written communications ability * Must possess strong analytical skill to devise solutions to complex problems * Able to effectively present complex solutions to technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization. Effective at building consensus across the organization * Experience with Agile software development methodology or equivalent **Retail Application expertise preferred:** * Retail Store: Scan Gun / Inventory Management, Task / Workload Management, Labor Scheduling, Learning Management etc. * Supply Chain: Warehouse Management, Assortment Management, Space and Fixture Management, etc.
