Summary
The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will be responsible for supporting Lytx’s Salesforce CRM system and related systems. This includes solution design, system configuration, development, testing and delivery of solutions as well as ongoing systems administration. The successful candidate will be joining a fun, fast paced, high-growth company and will be involved in the on-going building and improvement of our enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
* Work within object oriented design code base * Create solution design documents for custom development features * Implement custom development features * Work with Senior Developer completing code reviews * Troubleshooting and resolving systems issues reported by users * Customization of SF.com fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards * Configuring and maintaining solutions within Salesforce as applicable * Collaboration with internal resources and vendor partners to develop customizations as needed * Testing deliverables against requirements * Solution implementation and roll out * Training Business Superusers on new system features * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* 2 or more years of systems administration experience with CRM systems * One or more years of development experience with CRM systems * Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP system * Familiar with best practice approaches for software development, implementation and systems administration * Team oriented, with a collaborative approach for addressing challenges * Highly developed organizational skills, ability to multitask and handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism * Business acumen including knowledge of how a CRM and ERP applications can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line * Excellent verbal and written skills, able to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely * Strong customer focus and ability to work directly with users in a professional manner * Prior experience in a fast-paced, services environment * Expert skills with MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications * Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience * Salesforce Developer Certification a plus * Salesforce Advanced Developer Certification a plus
