Summary
Lytx is looking for an inventive and highly motivated leader to join Lytx’s highly visible Commercial Sales Team that drives sustained growth across the company. We’re a fast-growing market leader in video-telematics, and are currently recruiting bright and driven team members to join our energetic culture. The primary responsibilities for the position include leading a cross-functional team to conduct a market assessment of opportunity in the Enterprise Local & Service verticals, develop a fast-growing business plan including all necessary investments, forecasts and go-to-market strategies. This role blends sales leadership with a general management approach to growing target markets and building sustainable competitive advantage. Success requires a hands-on approach and myopic focus on execution, with the vision and creativity of a startup CEO.
Responsibilities
* Execute the business plan, driving key activities that achieve agreed-upon growth objectives. * Develop and deliver Enterprise Local & Service sales bookings. * Run the Business Unit P&L. * Define target market, and work with the sales, CDM and marketing teams to build a qualified pipeline of opportunities, including channel opportunities. * Engage in key prospect/client relationships and assist in complex deal and contract negotiations. Support sales team in quarter-backing deals and engaging SME and Management support. * Function as a primary SME (subject matter expert) on enterprise and local vertical markets by understanding the competitive landscape and launch strategic initiatives to pre-empt competition. * Evangelize our product and service offerings, and define/articulate market needs to product management and client delivery support teams. * Recruit and lead a team of high performing and experienced Enterprise sales executives, instilling a culture of visibility and accountability to delivering consistently on monthly, quarterly, and annual results. * Engage management team and cross-functional team members regarding the status/progress of initiatives, and relevant or useful information related to the operations of the business. * Implement standard methodologies and processes to scale growth, and optimize reporting on leading/lagging indicators to strike the balance between structured operations while ensuring creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. * Make strategic decisions to balance the group short-term objectives with the long-term business plans and achieve both goals in a timely manner. * Ensure business and personnel practices are within the law and consistent with policies and procedures. * Other duties as assigned.

Master Degree a plus. * Minimum of 5 years in a Management leadership role. * Track record of exceeding the Bookings and Revenue target through collaboration, strategic planning and execution. * Likely requires significant (50%+) domestic travel
