Administrative Assistant

(Arlington, Virginia)Primary Responsibilities
- Assure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Master internal processes and online tracking system including creating purchase/media orders, job jackets, and reports.
- Reconcile media, purchase, and insertion orders.
- Manage up to 54 budget spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and making appropriate adjustments accordingly
- Contact vendors to confirm billing information and other details
- Compile and organize billing files and records
- Provide billing reports and updates on a regular basis
- Basic Accounts Receivable and accounting cycle knowledge a plus, but not requirement
Basic Requirements
- Excellent people skills
- Strong communication skills: written, verbal and presentation
- Superior skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
