Financial Analyst

SeaCap Staffing is a full service employment agency that specializes in Healthcare, Legal and Corporate placements.

This individual will track the financial status of the Firm by monitoring variances from Firm budget to actuals and provide this information to Firm Executive management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations. They will also work to improve the financial status of the Firm by analysing results and variances, identifying trends and recommending actions. Other duties will include: - Assist attorneys in the development of alternative fee arrangements for clients and monitor and report on their financial performance. - Tracking facility leases and assists in leasing transactions, including coordination of purchasing furniture, IT requirements and related financial analysis - Performing project management related to opening new offices and relocating existing office locations. - Analyzing lease purchase options and outsourcing opportunities for equipment/services.

The successful candidate will possess a **minimum of 10 years of broad based Accounting experience** and strong analytical/excel spreadsheet skills. In addition the following attributes are also required: - Position requires the ability to forecast, analyze data, conduct statistical analysis, recommend process improvement and participate in financial planning and accomplishment of the Firm's overall financial strategy. - B.A. or B.S. degree required, preferably in finance or accounting. - Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with a strong command of the English language so that effective working relationships are established with various levels of personnel throughout the Firm. - Must exhibit a high level of customer service and show support for the Firm's beliefs and values as they relate to customer service.
