Responsibilities
- Provide lease administration services to our brokerage group's corporate clients - Prepare and/or review lease abstracts to insure completeness and accuracy - Update and maintain lease data and expense information in portfolio management database - Manage client lease files to ensure that they contain accurate, up-to-date records - Prepare and deliver reports to clients and transaction teams on both a monthly and ad-hoc basis - Establish and maintain strong working relationships with brokerage team and clients
Ideal Candidate
**Requirements** - Ability to understand, interpret and abstract complex commercial lease terminology - Advanced knowledge of Excel and Adobe Acrobat as well as proficiency using lease management databases (CoStar Real Estate Manager experience a plus) - Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication and presentation skills - Experience working independently to manage multiple client projects with time sensitive deadlines - Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment - Proven record of providing excellent internal and external client service; experience in a professional services firm preferred - The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented **Physical Requirements** - Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day - May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner - Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type - Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you - Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing - Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand - Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays
