Summary
As a Social Media Publishing Consultant, you will be an expert and customer advocate who will lead, develop and execute on implementation plans that will make our customers extremely successful. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: understanding customer goals and configuring technical solutions to meet those goals as well as contributing to pre-sales efforts (feasibility, scoping, analysis, estimation). You will also work with colleagues, as needed, throughout the design and delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Assist in defining requirements for Lithium Social Web (LSW) customers, to establish the success criteria for implementations * Configure and optimize the appropriate LSW solution, so that all requirements are met and that client expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled * Following initial configuration, identify platform gaps and optimization opportunities so that client expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled * Ensure that all platform users are trained, educated, and up to date on initial platform use, best practices, and functionality * Support our sales and service teams to ensure optimal client service as it relates to platform performance, functionality, enhancements, and configuration.
Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrate experience and a passion for social media technology solutions * 3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, and/or enterprise software deployment management * Proven customer management skills, with a "customer-first" attitude * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong technical consulting background * Proven experience in results-driven consulting, including analyzing analytical data and reporting on key metrics * Ability to work independently and as a member of a team * Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously * Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight * Willingness to travel **Preferred Skills & Experience** * 3-5 years of experience in social media platforms and direct experience in working with or for social media management software * Knowledge of SaaS-based implementation best practices, content classification, and content publishing methods * Knowledge of enterprise integration experience a plus (CRM integration, API service integration, etc)
