Litehouse began as a family owned restaurant more than 50 years ago in the resort town of Hope, Idaho. The company became famous for its bleu cheese dressing and, as a result, expanded into the retail market with a multitude of dressings and sauces, veggie and fruit dips, caramel dip, instantly fresh herbs, cheese, apple cider and more. Today, Litehouse is employee owned with more than 600 employees based in three manufacturing facilities in Idaho, Michigan and Utah.
