Summary
Listrak is looking for a talented new Technical Project Manager to join our rapidly growing Professional Services team. This role specializes in coordinating projects where a high level of technical integration with the client is a requirement. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for facilitating successful project execution demonstrated by timely project completion, customer satisfaction and project profitability.The Technical Project Manager works closely with Developers, Designers, Sales, and Account Managers to manage/coordinate projects through completion. Our ideal candidate should desire to be a part of a fast growing, rapidly changing company in the high tech Digital Marketing/eCommerce industry.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects, sometimes with tight deadlines. * Track progress of multiple projects, keep detailed documentation, and reflect status in Salesforce. * Coordinate a team consisting of designers, developers, business analysts, quality assurance and others to ensure that appropriate resources are assigned. * Act as liaison to and advocate for clients, keeping them up-to-date regarding project status, including information related to activities, deliverables, accomplishments, and budget. * Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical participants. * Coordinate delivery of customer digital assets, data, code installation and validation, and project launch process. * Identify and address risk factors, changes in scope, and external dependencies, and implement innovative solutions to keep the project moving forward. * Monitor and control project in terms of risk, time, and budget. * Develop and review project proposals to establish time constraints, cost and resource requirements
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of experience in project management or similar project leadership in an advertising agency/interactive marketing environment. * Fluency with technical concepts. Proficient knowledge of hand coded HTML, working knowledge of JavaScript, and other programming languages and tools. * Mastery of Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to manage and “own” multiple projects in various stages of completion. * Advanced problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Must be self-directed when necessary but able to work in a team environment.
