Summary
The Sales Operations Coordinator will be a key member of Kinnser’s sales team and will be primarily responsible for day-to-day support of all sales business. The successful candidate will possess superb analytical, organizational, and process management skills. We’re seeking an individual who has experience in supporting a fast-moving team as well as client relationships. This position has a competitive compensation package that includes base salary and variable components as well as benefits. Position will report to the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate sales operating rhythm to include quarterly business reviews, weekly sales team meetings and bi annual sales kick offs. * Run deal desk – * Give sales rep assistance on pricing * Generate proposals * Project manage RFP process * Own internal and intra-departmental communication for the sales team * Manage and coordinate Pipeline Generation campaigns, call lists, tracking of productivity and prizes * Responsible for insuring Salesforce.com process is followed to drive accurate reporting and metrics * Run programs to support culture and team morale * Manage the outside incentive programs (e.g., Kinnser referral programs, customer appreciation gifts) * Interface with accounting regarding contracts/payments * Assist with sales campaigns (e.g., mailings) as needed * Assist management with admin functions (e.g., expense reporting) as needed * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrable tenacious “get it done” work ethic and a passion for sales and project management * 2+ years of administration/project management experience – software/web-based technology sales experience is strongly preferred * Strong ability to execute a process and sharp eye for detail – please provide examples * Experience identifying areas of improvement and making change * Experience creating and finalizing external facing documents * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good sense of humor * Ability to say “I don’t know” and then get the accurate answers to deliver to external and internal individuals * Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks * Expert user in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and strong Excel skills * Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
