• Be an expert level resource for social strategy and ad buying

• Support our top tier clients as they buy media through our platform

• Work with our training and product marketing teams to develop and maintain best practices documentation

• Train and onboard new clients to our platform

• Develop new internal processes and best practices that can scale with agency and partnerships channels

• Previous experience providing strategic support to agencies and/or brands

• Knows the ad tech industry and specific experience with buying platforms/DSPs

• Deep understanding of social advertising space

• Problem solving skills and the ability to work independently to find solutions

• Strong communication and writing skills, experience presenting preferred

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and strong organizational skills
