Responsibilities
* This individual will be working with a vibrant and diverse team to schedule and build some of the largest and most exciting * construction projects throughout North America. The position entails the development of CPM schedules on construction * projects at the proposal stage along with preparation and updating of schedules at the construction stage. This position may require some travel. * The position also offers the opportunity to expand into the contract administration field where cost control preparation, * monitoring, and reporting will be applied to ongoing projects.
Ideal Candidate
* Undergraduate degree in Civil, Architectural or Construction Management. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Strong written and verbal communications skills. * Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies. * Strong work ethic - Highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. * The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Primavera Software experience required. * 3 Years minimum experience in the scheduling construction related field.
