Responsibilities
**Overview:** Keller Augusta Partners has been retained to recruit the National NNN Director for the nation's leading online marketplace for buying and selling real estate. This position will report directly to the company’s Executive Managing Director and can be based in New York City, San Francisco, Irvine, Atlanta or Austin. **Job Responsibilities:** The Managing Director, National NNN Director will manage the Client's national NNN platform, including recruiting, hiring, training and motivating a team of business development and sales professionals across the U.S. This position presents the rare opportunity to grow and manage a business unit within the Client’s $10+ Billion commercial real estate platform. The National NNN Director is responsible for the leadership and bottom-line success of national sales activities as they relate to NNN properties. The full responsibilities of this position include the following: * Drive Client's national presence in the NNN sector. * Design and implement team strategic direction. * Working with executive team, develop business plan for the NNN asset space across the U.S. * Recruit brokers in conjunction with regional business plans. * Mentor and coach new sales professionals through training and development. * Manage assets brought to auction, sell through rate and revenue for NNN team in the U.S. * Represent the firm and the brand. * With executive management team, drive systems and platform integration. * Participate in business development management meetings. * Resolve sales team conflicts as needed. * Build and manage national team of sales professionals to grow the NNN asset business for the Client's online platform.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 7-10 years of relevant real estate investment or brokerage experience, with at least 5 years being NNN specific. * Bachelor’s Degree * Exceptional professional reputation and credibility; identified as a market leader in the NNN community across U.S. * Proven ability as a leader, builder and manager. * Excellent market knowledge. * Network of contacts that would facilitate recruitment of top talent for the firm. * Track record in effectively hiring, training and motivating a team. * Ability to integrate into the existing firm culture. * Demonstrated success with managing people and resources. * An effective oral and written communicator, both internally and externally, with ability to deliver with energy, enthusiasm and clarity. * Well-rounded individual with a high degree of personal and professional integrity. * Active member in industry organizations.
