Summary
This position will support the Strategic Alliances, Internal Lead Generation, Territory Planning, B2B Marketing, and Events teamsby delivering analytical insights and ongoing reporting to evaluate, improve and deliver on department and corporate goals. You will play a key role in measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, with expertise in analytical insights and data management. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
* Build reports and dashboards to manage detailed tracking of marketing programs. * Analyze data, translating into actionable insights to: 1.) help managers deliver the best use of marketing spend and make informed decisions about strategies; 2.) improve the conversion qualified leads into sales opportunities. * Understand the ins and outs of lead management, marketing data, and analytics. Recognize inefficient processes and apply technology and automation to solve them. * Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to manage department reporting and insights. * Deliver analysis, insight and recommendations regarding sales trends, industry trends and consumer trends that affect the near-term and long-term strategy of the business. * Manage and maintain the CRM system as it relates to the B2B marketing department; identify new and ongoing business requirements, ensure quality data, recurring and adhoc reporting and analytics. * Deliver Alliance partners business reports and dashboards on a regular cadence to support partner development goals. * Supports marketing team by developing reports used to evaluate trends, existing and potential strategic partners/alliances, and other key indicators in support of business initiatives (KPIs, Scorecards). * Conduct analysis for marketing promotions and programs as needed. * Identify, jointly with the B2B marketing department, specific problems or areas that may require research support. * Assist in defining targeted sales segments based on key performance factors and other characteristics. * Perform other duties as assigned.

* Understand the ins and outs of lead management, marketing data, and analytics. * Ability to recognize inefficient processes and apply technology and automation to solve them. * Possess an analytical mindset and the energy, enthusiasm, and new ideas to help grow the business and enhance operational efficiency. * Ability to create and present insightful analysis. * Motivated, independent, detail oriented worker with strong thinking/analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Initiative to take on tasks and drive projects under limited direction. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas in a simple, digestible fashion. **Experience/Education** * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required. * Minimum 2 years of analytics experience. * Expertise in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SQL. * Experience with CRM platforms, knowledge of SugarCRM is a plus.
