Marketing Analyst

We are currently seeking a marketing analyst — a highly organized individual that can work closely with the consumer marketing team to understand business objectives and challenges in order to provide timely and relevant analytic support which addresses key objectives and challenges.

* Use analytic and quantitative skillset to organize data sets and extract relevant findings which will drive business decisions. * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of marketing channel performance. * Provide historic and cross-channel perspective and leverage the information to support trend analyses and improve forecasts. * Develop and maintain reporting of key metrics. * Work to continually improve data and reporting structure * Track and evaluate campaigns and tests performance to summarize learnings and make recommendations. * Ad-hoc analysis and reporting, and identifying opportunities for improvement

**Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree required * 4 to 6 years of experience with emphasis on data query and analysis **Preferred Qualifications:** * MBA a plus * Proficient in Excel * Proficient in data manipulation using query tools such as Crystal Reports, MSAccess, Business Object Web Intelligence (WebI), SQL, etc. * Solid logical and analytic skill base * High level of interest in Marketing * Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources. * Excellent interpersonal skills * Data warehouse experience and/or knowledge of SAS a plus
