Tubi TV is currently looking for a Data Analyst to join our small but mighty Data Science team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, tracking KPIs across teams and keeping the data clean and in tiptop shape. This role requires a skilled communicator who can break down complex datasets into simple and easy to digest recommendations for decision makers. You have a proven ability to rapidly work cross functionally and you dream in SQL.

* Build and maintain dashboards and self service data tools to enable teams to monitor health and performance of KPIs and experiments * Automate existing reporting, as well as improve current processes to make data more accessible to all * Supplement day-to-day operations with data - provide teams with ad-hoc analysis as needed to help initiate new experiments as well as give visibility into team goals * Determine and implement best practices for maintaining data quality and work with engineering to document, validate and monitor these processes * While part of our Product team the data analyst will be responsible for cross-functional work with Growth, Engineering, Finance, Marketing and Sales * Track key KPIs across teams. Think critically about our data, trends, and generate insights for decision makers * Communicate your results to diverse audiences at all levels from executives to marketing coordinators with effective writing, visualizations, and presentations

* 2+ years of industry experience using data analytics to produce impactful insights in product, growth and or marketing * Strong background in statistical analysis. A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics or similar quantitative field * Experience working on projects from creation to finalization: kick off with decision makers, question formation, data exploration, statistical analysis, visualization and presentation. * Expert SQL Skills (Preference for candidates with experience in Python (& pandas), PySpark, Spark) * Experience designing and evaluating A/B testing. Strong background in experimental statistics. * A deep understanding of statistical analysis and aware of the common pitfalls in data analysis that could lead decision makers astray * Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to balance competing priorities on multiple projects and deadlines * Enjoy working individually but also in a team setting * Demonstrated drive, desire to constantly learn and improve.
