Summary
The Global Head of Employee Engagement & Volunteerism (EEV) is seeking a seasoned and experienced Employee Engagement Manager to help guide the strategy and implementation of programs that seek to engage employees – both in the US and globally – in year round philanthropic opportunities that differentiate the firm as a responsible corporate citizen and advance recognition of the firm’s commitment to our employees and our communities.
Responsibilities
* Serve as primary point of contact for all EEV strategy and communications across the firm’s volunteer programs, workplace giving program, and disaster relief programs; lead weekly US EEV team meetings and bi-weekly Global EEV team meetings * Create and implement operating procedures across global volunteerism programs spanning US, EMEA, APAC and LATAM markets * Draft C-suite level presentations as needed to create senior-level buy-in and awareness of EEV programming and expansion; manage agenda and communications for EEV Advisory Council comprised of senior executives from across the firm * Manage and lead the EEV global budgeting process and vendor relationships; oversee team operating expenses * Interface with Global Philanthropy Operations to address operational requirements and improvements including regulatory and compliance related issues; help ensure that the systems and communications are in place to most effectively manage EEV programming * Develop analytics and create consistent processes for collecting feedback and metrics from nonprofit partners, employees and managers on the impact of the firm’s volunteer programing * Collaborate with CRA team to develop volunteer activity guidelines aligned with CRA requirements with a focus on increasing eligible activities; develop and implement operational changes supporting CRA reporting requirements * Increase collaboration between EEV and the Lines of Business (LOB), affinity groups/Business Resources Groups (BRGs), recruiting teams and analyst/associate programs seeking community involvement opportunities; review and make recommendations for enhancing the existing summer intern/analyst program * Ensure all EEV programs are in compliance with firm wide policies and procedures, and partner with internal stakeholders to implement and evolve these policies and procedures as appropriate * Provide oversight for EEV communication strategy and marketing collateral * Design and execute internal and external communications strategies enhancing the firm’s employee engagement brand and promoting a broad understanding of the firm’s volunteerism and service initiatives * Represent the firm at service and volunteer leadership events
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS; Masters in related topic preferred * 5+ years experience in financial services, or a corporate foundation, preferably with a large global corporation and with a working knowledge of CRA requirements * Demonstrated leader with experience in team-building/development activities engaging employees and partners at all levels * Strong management skills and demonstrated experience in interacting and presenting to senior management in an efficient, strategic fashion * Demonstrated budget management skills including planning, forecasting and analysis * Strategic thinker able to execute efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment * Organized, self-starter with demonstrated problem solving capabilities. * Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to develop comprehensive, informative messaging to target market * Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems * This role is an independent contributor role, and candidate must be an independently motivated individual who is able to execute both administrative aspects of programming as well as contribute to high level program strategy * JPMorgan Chase is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer Disability/Veteran.
