As a QA Reporting .Net Applications Developer, you will create and maintain source code that builds customized MIS reporting across the towers in CCB for Quality Assurance testing. You will develop and test mission-critical enterprise repots and applications that meet the needs of the business. You will provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing break-fix solutions and enhancements for applications within new and mature technology environments. Plans, builds, tests and implements source code and solutions. Assists with problem analysis, report findings, and recommends solutions
Responsibilities
* Provides software development and support for the company's business solutions within a defined Software Development Lifecycle * Function in all aspects of the development life cycle including design, development, unit testing and documentation * Determines implementation approach for new and existing solutions * Modifies and maintains internal business solutions * Provides technical support to users and business analysts. * Creates solution software code, tests, implementation plans and documentation. * Trains co-workers when needed * Work with and assist all levels of QA
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science or a related business field * Minimum of 5-7+ years of software development experience including, but not limited to, mature design, coding, testing and debugging skills * Minimum 5+ years of web development experience with C#, VB and ASP .Net * Minimum 5+ years of experience writing Oracle or MS SQL scripts. Must be able to write stored procedures, triggers, functions, and tables. **Preferred skills:** * Experience in the MIS Reporting * Prior experience working in agile methodology * ALM, JIRA and other System of Records experience * Experience developing solutions across team members * Basic understanding of HTTP , Javascript and JQuery * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Skilled in problem solving and analytical reasoning * UI and Report presentation skills * Experience developing in one or more of the following: * C# and/or VB.Net * Authoring web solutions in ASP.Net * Experience with MCV * Experience with XML and XML Schemas * Experience with Visual Studio * Experience authoring with HTML * Experience with OXML * AjaxControlToolkit for .Net and ControlExtenders * Java development experience a plus * Implementation with Javascript, Javascript.prototype and JSON * Oracle, MS SQL, and Stored Procedures
