* Under general direction, designs, constructs, tests, implements and optimizes portions of basic systems that enable and support business and engineering functions * Researches technical environment and system needs * Defines scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned basic projects * Collects detailed user and technical requirements. Works with others to analyze collected requirements, translate into programming solutions, and ensure that identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations * Under supervision, designs, constructs, tests, and implements basic integrated solutions and distributed computing solutions for the customer * Monitors performance to identify and help resolve system problems * Investigates and resolves problems on selected software products and standard systems. Learning to apply appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve technical problems * Participates in standard solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements and conversions * Maintains security, integrity, and business continuity controls and documents. * Builds knowledge on emerging tools, techniques and technologies

* 2-3 years of web development experience of hands-on coding. * Expert experience with HTML and HTML 5 * Expert experience with CSS3 * Expert experience with JavaScript and JavaScript Object Models (JSOM) * Intermediate experience with Java development * Intermediate experience with the Document Object Model (DOM) * Intermediate experience with XML * Intermediate experience connecting to data sources using the REST Service or REST API * Intermediate experience designing and coding Graphical User Interfaces (GUI Design) * Intermediate experience developing websites using Bootstrap * Intermediate experience with JavaScript Frameworks * Angular JS * jQuery * Node JS * Experience using the following software * Microsoft Visual Studio * Oracle JDeveloper * Eclipse * Good customer-facing and independent work skills * Good project management skills and have experience with methodologies such as Microsoft SDLC, Agile SCRUM, Waterfall, or Spiral **Preferred Requirements:** * Solid understanding of application development * 1-2 years of C#, ASP.NET **Additional Requirements:** * Experience Administering SharePoint * Experience with InfoPath
