Due to the high profile nature of this role, the assistant production manager will conduct themselves with a high level of professionalism as reflected in their daily actions, dress, communications with both employees and vendors and timeliness of deliveries (reports and project starts and finish). An open door and willingness to take time to listen is imperative for this position.
