Assistant Manager

Jimmy John’s was started in 1983 by 19 year old Jimmy John Liautaud. With a $25,000 loan from his dad, Jimmy developed a menu of 4 sandwiches, opened a location in the college town of Charleston, IL and started rockin! 33 years later, JJ’s is one of the nation's fastest growing quick service restaurant chains with more than 2,500 stores across the US.

Due to the high profile nature of this role, the assistant production manager will conduct themselves with a high level of professionalism as reflected in their daily actions, dress, communications with both employees and vendors and timeliness of deliveries (reports and project starts and finish). An open door and willingness to take time to listen is imperative for this position.
