With a $25,000 loan from his dad, Jimmy developed a menu of 4 sandwiches, opened a location in the college town of Charleston, IL and started rockin! 33 years later, JJ’s is one of the nation's fastest growing quick service restaurant chains with more than 2,500 stores across the US.
