Summary
My world class client that has witnessed tremendous growth over that past decade to include multiple plant expansion is now looking to add another high caliber Project Manager to their stellar team. With world class quality systems in place to ensure their product is ready for their multiple industry clientele; my client has set the standard for custom built equipment in their industry. With a history of innovation and state of the art design at your disposal; the new Project Manager will be walking into a great situation to add to their future success.
Responsibilities
* If you bring a motivated self-starter attitude with a record of great success and have a history of being able to work with multiple departments to not only meet but exceed each and every company goal then you need to keep reading. * Your key responsibilities will be to work initially with the sales team to determine which equipment the new client will need to have installed but then coordinate all equipment installation steps and ensure that each and every step of the installation is handled seamlessly. * This is a great stepping stone position within the company as it will allow you great visibility while you gain proper recognition for your efforts that will propel you to further advancement within the company. * Additional key tasks for the Project Manager will be to be the lead Engineering professional that works with multiple departments to include Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Production to keep the project moving forward and on schedule. * Act as key liaison between sales and engineering to get the initial proposal from the client and initiate the next steps with Contractors, Installation personnel, logistics, sales and service personnel. * Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with completion times ranging from several weeks to multiple years.
Ideal Candidate
* 4 year degree in an Engineering focus. (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, Electrical) * Ideal role for JMO Junior Military Officer looking to learn as much about a company from the ground up. * 5 to 10 years of experience managing site installation projects working on facility infrastructure, capital equipment and 3rd party contractors. * Skill with multiple CAD programs will be beneficial. * Able to travel 30-50 percent.
