Summary
As a Senior HRIS Analyst at Insight, you will be responsible for the evaluation, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of company HR systems. This includes analysis of existing functionality, recommendations for process improvements, and feature implementations to improve the user experience. Maintaining quality HR data is key to ensure Insight is well-prepared to help our clients run their businesses smarter.
Responsibilities
* Assist end users with administrative issues. * Create and execute test plans or functional user acceptance. Be the liaison between IT staff and other functional areas to resolve programming and related problems. * Lead projects as HRIS lead including: project management meeting coordination, timelines, data documentation, written functional specs, test scenarios, and system training as necessary. * Manage SuccessFactors beta testing initiatives. * Support various SuccessFactors modules to include: * Review, implement, and test quarterly updates * SAP ticket creation and escalation * Security updates to modules * Consult on HR data/environment changes needed to achieve business objectives
Ideal Candidate
**What you’ll need to join Insight:** * Demonstrated success in ability to solve problems in a complex systems environment. * Track record in managing complex projects from initiation to completion. * Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. * 6+ years working in an HR Systems role. (preferably a SAP/Successfactors environment). * Ability to effectively manage and analyze data in a variety of formats (excel/csv, cloud based systems, SAP, Boomi, others) * Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence. * Able to create process documentation. * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and end users * Demonstrated capability in maintaining sensitive HR data across a variety of systems along with the necessary compliance awareness. * Willingness to continue learning new concepts, ideas, and processes. **Education and/or Experience:** * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent * PHR or GPHR preferred but not required. * Minimum of six years of related experience, preferably with SAP or SuccessFactors * Organizational and analytical skills and be able to work in a team environment * Basic knowledge of human resources and its various functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll and organizational development
