Responsibilities
* Responsible for all analytics related to our Search marketing services, both Paid (PPC) and Organic (SEO). * You will be responsible for a wide variety of data-driven activities in support of marketing decision making, such as budgeting, bidding, pattern/trend exploration and explanation, ad copy and landing page analysis, and forecasting. * Working closely with other analysts and client relationship managers in the company.  * Establishing solid, working relationship with the stakeholders and become a trustworthy partner with respect to analysis, reporting, and business needs * Contribute to the development of KPI’s and recommendations to support growth of our clients’ Search Marketing efforts and integrate with their overall marketing strategy * Have the ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple, complex data sources with a high degree of accuracy * Understanding of statistical analysis including, but not limited to Regression, A/B Testing, Optimization, and Cluster Analysis * Ability to deliver accurate results and communicate those results to both internal and external teams * Ability to tackle complex analysis from multiple data sources and produce actionable business solutions * Understand the business applications/market place and provide constant, clear communication of objectives, status, and test plans * Exceptional, results-driven and focused business and data analyst, combining a quantitative outlook with the ability to articulate results in a clear and concise way * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to motivate high performing teams * Ability and willingness to work under tight deadlines
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who is focused on supporting our digital media business within the Digital Performance Marketing Group. Required Experience: * 1-5 years relevant work experience with online ad operations or data management environment, including a demonstrable track-record of success and/or promotion * Experience with Web Analytics Packages such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Coremetrics, Webtrends, etc. * Experience with predictive modeling and forecasting (SPSS, SAS, etc.) * Experience with business intelligence tools, such a Tableau, Cognos, MicroStrategy * Knowledge of and experience with the following tools/platforms preferred: SQL, VBA, Excel (Power User) * Experienced in all aspects of digital marketing and user experience and fluent in digital analytics. Preferred Experience: * Experience in ad serving and media planning platforms (e.g. AdWords, AdSense, Marin, Kenshoo, etc) Education: * BA/BS in a quantitative discipline (e.g. sciences, mathematics, engineering, economics, accounting, operations research, business). * MBA or other Master’s degree preferred
