- PC install and removal, software troubleshooting and configuration, hardware support and warranty work, PC disposal and inventory, and all peripheral and accessory setup and removal.
- This role will interact with VIP level Clients and requires excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Standard Deskside Support.
- Hardware/software support for Desktops and laptops in office environment.
- Will require setup and removal of systems as well. Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Proactive and able to work with little supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent Documentation skills.
- Experienced with Windows 7 technical support,
- 2 years minimum Windows support experience preferred.
- Professional experience supporting Office/Outlook 2007 and 2010
- Professional experience with Network connectivity (IP setup, adding network printers)
- Professional experience with PC setup (imaging, configuration of Windows Platform software)
- Experience with installing hardware (A+ Cert required)
- Will work with clients face to face and via phone.
- Able to work a 7:30am or 8am shift.
- Standard 40 hour work week
- Some overtime may be required.
