Responsibilities
  • PC install and removal, software troubleshooting and configuration, hardware support and warranty work, PC disposal and inventory, and all peripheral and accessory setup and removal.
  • This role will interact with VIP level Clients and requires excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ideal Candidate
  • Standard Deskside Support.
  • Hardware/software support for Desktops and laptops in office environment.
  • Will require setup and removal of systems as well. Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive and able to work with little supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent Documentation skills.
  • Experienced with Windows 7 technical support,
  • 2 years minimum Windows support experience preferred.
  • Professional experience supporting Office/Outlook 2007 and 2010
  • Professional experience with Network connectivity (IP setup, adding network printers)
  • Professional experience with PC setup (imaging, configuration of Windows Platform software)
  • Experience with installing hardware (A+ Cert required)
  • Will work with clients face to face and via phone.
  • Able to work a 7:30am or 8am shift.
  • Standard 40 hour work week
  • Some overtime may be required.
  • Effective Communications, Experienced
