Summary
IgnitionOne, a cloud-based Marketing Hub with a powerful DMP, is looking for a Sales Support, New Lead Generation intern for the Fall 2016 semester. The Sales Support, New Lead Generation intern will work closely with the Inside Sales teams, specializing in finding new lead for IgnitionOne.This paid internship will provide valuable digital marketing experience, working alongside some of the smartest thought leaders in the industry. The Sales Support, New Lead Generation intern is responsible for finding net new leads for IgnitionOne. This person will use tools provided like LinkedIn Premium, The List, current database within SalesForce.com and trade show/event lists. This person will be placing these new leads directly into SalesForce.com and assigning/coding them properly. They will get them placed into a queue for Introductions to be sent out via Pardot. This person will also be responsible for all lists received for events and tradeshows, they will get these leads into SalesForce.com and in play for a Business Development Representative or Sales Director for lead generation.
Responsibilities
* Source new prospects via extensive research and leveraging of existing tools/sources * Effectively leverage the existing research sources to identify new business opportunities and profile customers * Assist with building a Sales Pipeline Other projects as needed
Ideal Candidate
**Desired Skills:** * Data entry skills are required * com experience is a plus * Pardot experience is a plus * Extremely organized and highly motivated **The Qualified Candidate is:** * Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations or a related field with a strong academic record * Strong interest in technology and digital marketing * 4-8 hours availability during business hours M-F * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
