Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will assist the marketing team across all functions with an emphasis on social media marketing, community management, asset production, and content creation for the iFLY. This role will assist with social media amplification and customer service engagement on all social media channels.

* Assist in building conversation strategy and help build out a content calendar. * Support localized content creation and sharing that meets iFLY brand standards. * Curate user-generated and local content across the brand for social sharing. * Assist with copywriting across all marketing channels. * Schedule and publish social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and other major channels. * Assist with creating and optimizing paid social advertising campaigns. * Report on social media performance across organic and paid efforts. * Monitor the social media and competitive landscape and identify key trends and developments. * Manage day-to-day community engagement on all social channels including taking part in a real-time conversation and reputation management. This includes Yelp, Trip Advisor, Facebook, and Instagram. * Feed insights from the community into marketing initiatives, communications, product development and customer care.

* Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communication, Marketing or related field required * Strong copywriting skills and social media experience across all major social networks * Creative and innovative thinker with a “can do” attitude * Excellent project management skills * Strong interpersonal skills * Social media and customer service experience a plus * Strong attention to detail
