Summary
Responsibility for planning and executing project activities related to enterprise application implementation projects and/or operation projects, including BenefitPoint integrations
Responsibilities
* Accountable for timely completion of projects and deliverables within established budget and timelines * Develops detailed project plans that define key activities, timelines, budget, and resource requirements needed to achieve project objectives * Conducts full life cycle project process management, including gathering / qualifying requirements to ensure quality is addressed through all phases of the project * Lead effort to analyze acquired agency data and determine most efficient and comprehensive way to convert data into BenefitPoint * Organize and execute change management activities for business leads and end users * Manage the project budget, team resources and communications * Coordinate with key vendors to schedule conversion, testing, and other key vendor dependent dates. * Conduct weekly status calls, prepare agendas, and with stakeholders to inform them of project status and current issues and risks * Responsible for managing remote project team members * Build rapport and trust with clients * Ensure standardized PMO methodology is utilized and enforced for all projects
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience * PMP certified is preferred but not required * Strong knowledge of project planning and management activities * Strong knowledge of application implementations, including data conversions, testing, creating training plans, managing issues/risks, and change management * Strong knowledge of MS Project, MS Office Suite and Sharepoint * Ability to manage application implementation projects from inception to successful completion * Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project team to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems * Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business partners and vendors * Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization * Ability to facilitate issues and resolve conflict as appropriate * Excellent Writing & Communication Skills
