Summary
We are seeking an experienced, highly professional individual who will provide the leadership required in the Americas as the Breakthrough Initiative Sales Leader for Gas Processing and Transportation.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for all Pole business related to the growth of the BTI * Interact with key Business (VP GMs & Regional Leaders), Sales and Marketing Leaders to ensure there is alignment between the business and sales needs * Owns the Sales Execution Strategy for the BTI for the Pole * Key contributor to Overall HOS Gold Strategy for the initiative (X-Matrix) * Provide guidance and support to SDs, RSMs and AMs on the growth of this initiative in the pole * Provide leadership to Branch based AMs focusing on the initiative (matrix reporting * Work closely with Marketing and Technology for successful product launches and achieve NPI targets for the Pole (related to the BTI)
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 10 years experience within the automation industry, preferably with Midstream gas and pipeline (liquids and/or gas) industry experience. Solutions background, including DCS, SCADA, Gas Metering & Measurement. Security and reliability experience a plus * Bachelor's Degree * Experience in sales or people management **Additional Requirements:** * Proven business acumen in driving growth of “start up” or “ground floor” businesses * Strong ability to manage through influence * Skills in areas of planning and holding commercial negotiations * Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills. * Ability to communicate and collaborate at executive management levels internally and externally * Demonstrated experience in conflict management * Experienced in the use of CRM tools and Strategic Selling methodologies such as "Value Based Selling" * Ability and willingness to travel with typically 50% away from home.
