Summary
A Senior Sales Manager generates maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. Must promote and support all aspects of the branded Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) and Hilton Club culture. Supervises the sales line through coaching, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results. Staff, plan, and direct the activities of a sales force of Sales Executives and TO/Closers to obtain maximum sales volume. Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.
Responsibilities
* Manage floor activities to ensure proper Management coverage at all times. * Assure that all line rules for Sales Executives are understood, adhered to and followed consistently and fairly. Ensure that corrective action is taken. * Assure that all new worksheets are completed properly. * Provide assistance as a closer to Sales Executives as needed. * Participate in the hiring, supervision, evaluation, coaching, counseling, training, coaching and motivating of sales teams, including goal setting and monitoring of production. * Must be able to recruit, train, coach and counsel all Sales Executives to maximize potential by partnering with Sales Management and Human Resources. * Ensure adequate scheduling of TOs to ensure maximum floor coverage. * Implement on-going Sales and motivational training for all Sales Executives to maximize sales and profits. * Conduct daily/weekly/monthly coaching and counseling for Sales Executives. * Conduct timely, constructive and written performance evaluations of Sales Executives. * Review and communicate monthly evaluation of TOs/ Sales Executives effectiveness and production based on set goals.
Ideal Candidate
* 5 years of branded timeshare/Vacation Ownership Sales Experience * 2 years of branded timeshare/Vacation Ownership Management Experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office * High energy level and ability to inspire, influence, and lead a team * Demonstrated high standard of business acumen and work ethic * Strong Communication Skills * Ability to recruit, train, develop and motivate **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelors Degree
