Summary
In this role you will identify and analyze client behaviors for use in tactical and strategic decision making that improves overall client relationships with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and loss prevention. The ability to demonstrate an awareness and understanding of ADP’s strategic goals and priorities will be critical for client service and client retention.
Responsibilities
**Problem Analysis and Resolution (Solutions)** * Analyze the overall health of client accounts, identify areas of risk and recommend retention strategies. * Analyze client data across the Western region to identify trends and patterns for loss prevention. * Provide continuous inter- and intra-departmental communications to enhance the region’s effectiveness in dealing with critical client issues. * Work with the VP, Client Account Management to develop and implement best practices on business service challenges, product quality and solutions to enhance service delivery. * Identification of Revenue. Responsible for the needs analysis and presentation of new and optional products and services for the client base which can help the Region reach its revenue goals and further add to the overall value proposition and client satisfaction of the base. * These products and services are: Payroll, Human Resources, Recruiting Services, Time and Labor Management, Performance Management etc. **Client Retention and Financial Analysis** * Responsibility to meet or exceed the region’s performance goals, especially in the areas of quality and client retention. * Proactively assist in developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators which will directly impact the effectiveness of client companies. * Provide client and Client Account Executive/Client Service Managers with overall financial analysis and breakdown of contracts and value of services provided. * Work with the National Accounts Finance team for monthly reporting requirements (pricing, retention metrics, etc.). * As necessary, act as escalation point person for client billing and pricing questions. **Consultation** * Provide consultation, training and guidance to Regional Client Account Executives and Client Service Leadership regarding all matters related to the National Accounts (West Region) value proposition and client retention under the direction of the VP, Client Account Management. * Partner with Sales and Implementation organizations to effectively evaluate and determine the viability of retaining large partners and participating in the due diligence process as well as the retention process to maintain quality, large clients to the base; Assigned accounts and/or geographic responsibilities will be determined by the VP, Client Account Management. **Client Relationship Management** * Understand the perspective of the client and take proactive steps to maximize client satisfaction, including client outreach programs as applicable. Contribute to achievement of growth objectives through client loss prevention programs. * Participate on task force or project teams that focus on strengthening client relationships.
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS Degree (Management/Business/Finance or related major from an accredited institution preferred) * Demonstrated experience in managing a high volume of requests and providing related support in a fast paced environment * Ability to work independently in a service oriented environment * Strong negotiation and problem solving skills * Ability to identify data and trends for tactical and strategic decision making * Ability to understand complex problem situations and effectively resolve * Experience working in cross functional teams * Strong organizational skill * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills * Strong financial and business acumen * Strong Excel experience and skills as well as Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) required * Travel required to support client visits and to strengthen client relationships **Bonus points for these:** * MBA or advanced degree * Excellent Communication Skills * Advanced Excel competency * Progressive management experience in consulting or large corporate environment * “Executive” presence and skills to build strong, working relationships from front-line people to Senior Executives across business units and with clients * Experience or familiarity in the Payroll or Human Resources space * Strong understanding of Human Capital Management concept, issues and operations * Demonstrated ability to lead others through tough situations * Understanding of and ability to explain client pricing and profitability * Possess integrity, ambition, and results-orientation * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-caliber results
