Summary
Develop and execute Partner engagement strategy, plans, and budgets for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Server GBU WW to effectively engage our partners and assist them in their customer engagement
Responsibilities
* Develop/execute/evaluate marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics that drive demonstrable revenue, share gains, and with customer that can be executed with our Server Partners * Perform marketing operations activities as needed aligned with HPS/EG Marketing and HPS Marketing teams; e.g., Siebel Marketing Resource Management (MRM)/Customer Relationship Management (CRM), PO/accrual management, collateral fulfillment * Align/support regional sales teams, HPS with channel teams to deliver on Partner Marketing requirements for HPS * Develop and execute marketing communication to various partner types * Gather feedback from partner marketing efforts to be used to enhance overall HPS marketing strategy * Interface with EG Channel marketing team providing support, content and GBU requirements
Ideal Candidate
**Education and Experience Required:** * Business Analyst (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing or related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred * 7 years channel / marketing experience, including offering marketing, segment marketing, and partner marketing * Extensive Experience with 2-tier channels * Strong background in program development and support * Agency, sales, and/or channel experience a plus **Knowledge and Skills Required:** * Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools * Knowledge of offering, Enterprise and SMB segment, various partner types * Experience with creative process, use of agencies, and direct content creation * Well-developed understanding of the industry, offering categories, and HP offerings/strategy * Strong project and budget management skills * Excellent written/oral communications * Strong analytical skills * Excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams * Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines * Strong influencing and consensus-building skills Job: Business Planning
