You will partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations. You will be responsible for hitting your KPI's. Calling and meeting the requisite amount of people per day in order to achieve your goal of placing full time and contact professionals
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, Client driven and passionate about excellence
- Bright and assertive with the ability to come up to speed rapidly
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Above all- willingness to be trained in phone sales, IT and the recruiting process
- Any IT experience (academic or otherwise) is a plus

- Financial Services experience
