Summary
The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing plans and strategies to achieve sales goals as well as new business within the Legal Solutions (LS) line of business for an assigned territory. The Account Executive will also develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts.
Responsibilities
* Consult with clients on a per project basis to prepare project instructions * Pick up and deliver projects * Interact with production department to ensure quality, on-time projects * Take responsibility for problem analysis and resolution * Follow company sales process
Ideal Candidate
**Minimum Requirements:** * 2-3 years business-to-business sales experience with a proven record of achievement. * Experience developing business in Legal, Financial Services, IT, etc. * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience * Experience building a book of business * Ability to manage multiple tasks. * Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation and organizational skills. * Effective analytical and problem solving skills **Preferred Requirements:** * Legal sales experience * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint * Experience with Relativity software.
