Responsibilities
This position will primarily be responsible for managing budgets, contract administration, and communication with residents, while encouraging and maintaining client relationships with Board Members. The Community Manager facilitates, advises, educates and assists Board of Directors, their Committees, and Home Owners, in the daily management and operations of the Association's business. * Manage day-to-day operations * Administer community and all common area property * Coordinate, manage and direct all activities pertaining to finance * Analyze financial reports, and operations budgeting * Monitor and managing safety, maintenance and community services * Conduct research and manage special projects as directed by the Board of Directors * Attend all Board meetings, special meetings, and other committee meetings * Perform site-inspections of properties
Ideal Candidate
**The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following areas:** * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Exceptional customer service skills * Able to take initiative and have a get it done attitude * Strong communication skills both verbal and written * Highly organized and detail oriented * Demonstrates a professional and team oriented presence **Education and Experience:** * Minimum two (2) years of related experience within the property management industry. * Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two year college preferred. * CMCA Certified required. * AMS and/or PCAM designations preferred.
