Responsibilities
* 50% - Solicit new business and maintain current business levels in order to achieve or exceed sales goals. * 50% - Enhances insurance agency’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Ideal Candidate
**Required behaviors for all positions:** * Communicate with co-workers, management customers, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner * Conform with and abide by all Company codes, regulations, policies, values, work procedures and instructions * Adherence to company attendance policy * Established tenure preferred **Education:** High School diploma, Degree preferred but not required. Active P&C License required **Experience:** 1-2 years of sales experience, insurance agency sales experience is a plus. 2-3 years of customer service call center experience **Skills and Abilities:** Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization, including Sr. Management; excellent interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well in a collaborative, team oriented environment; excellent organizational and time management skills; excellent presentation skills and prior experience in making presentations to executive management. **Other:** Bilingual (English/Spanish) beneficial **Office Equipment and Software:** Computer, e-sign Live, MS windows suite, any CRM software, Adobe. **Decision Making:** Develops options by which work can be accomplished; sets priorities and standards of performance. **Interpersonal Communication:** Interacts with customers over the phone
